Entries must be received by September 30th, 2024 to be eligible.

Find the Oldest Working Nelsen Water Treatment System Contest is free to enter and is open to all individuals; however, to be eligible to win the prize an individual must be the owner of a qualified Nelsen dealership in good standing. A Nelsen dealership shall be considered in good standing if the dealership has maintained its account with Nelsen Corporation current in good standing during all of 2024. Nelsen dealerships shall be considered “current in good standing” if their outstanding balance never exceeds 60 days old. A Nelsen dealership must be current in good standing at the time of order to qualify.

Contest runs from April 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024. The theme of the contest is “Find the Oldest Working Nelsen Water Treatment System”

Judging/Prizes
The Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all submitted entries. The winner will receive a $500 prize. There is only one Grand Prize. Photos submissions will be awarded a prize per submission up to two submissions, and the Nelsen Corporation reserves the right not to award any prize. Submission prizes include, Nelsen branded apparel and/or products and is the sole Winners’ name will appear in news articles in print or electronically.

By submitting a photograph electronically, participants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of contest judges, whose decisions are final. By submitting a photograph, participants agree to release Nelsen Corporation and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with acceptance, possession, participation in, or use of any prizes. 

By submitting photos, you give Nelsen Corporation permission to use them for any purpose. This permission includes but is not limited to, publication by Nelsen Corporation in printed materials, websites, or electronically. You will not be compensated for such use. However, where reasonable, we may give you credit for the photos.

We reserve the right to disqualify photos for any reason.
